My name is Alice and I’m so happy you’ve found my page. I started an Instagram account about fashion at the end of 2023 and set up this blog a few months later.

I have been interested in a more timeless and elegant style as well as the capsule wardrobe concept for quite a while at this point. It was even part of my master thesis. I love fashion and enjoy being well-dressed, but I equally think it is important to put quality over quantity and shop in a more sustainable way. Luckily a simple and timeless style goes hand in hand with this approach quite well.

My shopping behavior changed quite drastically over the years. In my late teens and early twenties I was a huge shopper and spent most of my money on fast fashion. Still I felt like I had nothing to wear. Then I became more interested in sustainability and at some point started to buy second-hand exclusively. This also led to me not being happy with my wardrobe as I often bought things I didn’t need because they were inexpensive or I bought something that wasn’t 100 % what I had in mind. I was interested in the capsule wardrobe concept already but it felt harder to sustain as you usually have to be a bit more flexible when shopping second-hand (I still love it though).
